1. Who we are

Northfold is a brand of Nomo creative LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming. Privacy requests: hello@northfold.co.

2. What we collect

Free-sample requests (the form on this site): first name, work email, brand name, product page URL, and the page you came from.
Business outreach: if we email you first, we obtained your name, work email, company and website from public business sources and B2B databases (Apollo.io). We use it only to send a sample and a short follow-up. Reply "stop" and we delete the thread and never contact you again.
Replies and conversations: the content of emails you send us, so we can answer and deliver what you asked for.
Customers: billing name and email, amounts and dates, and the product links, preferences and material you give us for your content.
Hosting logs: IP address and browser type, kept briefly for security.

3. How we use it

To make and send the sample you asked for, to answer you, to produce and deliver commissioned content, to bill subscriptions, and to keep the service running. For EEA/UK visitors the legal bases are consent (form), legitimate interest (B2B outreach) and contract (customers).

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that process data on our behalf: Railway (hosting), Stripe (payments — we never see or hold your card details), Resend and Instantly (email delivery), Apollo.io (business contact data), Anthropic (AI that reads and drafts replies to your emails), Higgsfield (AI that generates the video and image content), and your email provider. We never sell personal information, we run no advertising trackers, and we share nothing with data brokers.

5. Where it's processed

In the United States. Providers above may process data in other regions under standard contractual safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

Sample requests and outreach records: as long as needed for the request, then deleted; anyone who says "stop" is kept only on a do-not-contact list (email address only).
Customer data: while you're a customer; removed within 30 days of cancellation or a deletion request, backups within a further 30 days.
Invoices: as long as tax law requires.

7. Your rights

Access, correction and deletion by emailing hello@northfold.co. EEA and UK residents have GDPR rights including the right to complain to a supervisory authority; California residents have CCPA rights.

8. Cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure visits and, if we ever run ads, to reach people who visited this site. It sets a cookie named _fbp and sends your page views and form submissions to Meta. We use no other cookies or analytics.

You can switch it off for this browser at any time: opt out of the Meta Pixel. Meta's own controls are at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

9. AI-generated content

Our creators are AI-generated personas. Content we deliver is AI-generated and labeled as such. Conversations with us may be read and answered by AI; a human reviews anything the AI flags.

10. Children

This service is for businesses and not directed to anyone under 16.
