1. Who you're dealing with

Northfold is a brand of Nomo creative LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"). These terms apply to the free sample and to paid subscriptions ordered through our Stripe checkout.

2. What we provide

AI-generated short-form video and image advertisements featuring AI-generated creators, made from the product information you give us, delivered digitally by email as downloadable files. Free samples are provided as-is to show you what we do.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Packages are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The package, quantity and price are the ones shown on the checkout page you used.
Cancel anytime from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing hello@northfold.co. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current month is delivered and not refunded.
Prices may change for future months with notice by email; the price you were charged for a month never changes retroactively.

4. Delivery and revisions

Your first batch is delivered within 48 hours of receiving your product brief (we email a short form after payment; if we don't hear back within 24 hours we start from your public product page). Each monthly batch includes one round of revisions on request within 7 days of delivery.

5. Your content and rights

You confirm you have the rights to the products, images and claims you give us, and that your products are legal to advertise where you advertise them.
On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered files for advertising and marketing your own products on any platform. You may not resell the files or use them for other brands.
We may list your brand as a customer unless you ask us not to.

6. AI-generated content

Our creators are AI-generated personas, and every clip is AI-generated. Platforms may require AI-content labels; you are responsible for applying them where you post. We do not make product claims on your behalf — the claims in each clip come from your product page or your brief, and you are responsible for their accuracy.

7. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on your product, pricing, targeting and budget. We don't promise views, sales or ad metrics.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are handled by the courts of Wyoming unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address, with the effective date above.
